NAGAGDOCHES, T.X. - The National Ten Pin Coaches Association (NTCA) released this year's All-American bowlers and coaches' awards. First year head coach Jeff Walsh was named the NTCA DIII Coach of the Year.

Coach Walsh kept the Maverick bowlers competing at a high level at every tournament. Under Walsh's leadership, the Mavericks captured their fifth AMCC Championship and another appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Walsh coached four AMCC All-Conference bowlers while taking first place at the Medaille Brunswick Invitational. The Mavericks also grabbed second place finishes at the Daemen Classic, the first Medaille Invitational tournament, and a perfect 8-0 record at the first AMCC Round Robin.
