• Athletes will be treated on a first come, first serve basis with preference given to in-season athletes.
• Please note that hours are based around team schedules, which are subject to change. We will do our best to update this site as quickly as possible when those occur.
• The Athletic Training Staff hours are based on having multiple facilities. While staff are working during the posted hours, it does not necessarily mean that they are in the office at that time. If you need to schedule an appointment or need assistance, please contact the head athletic trainer directly.

Please note: competitions take precedent over practices; please do not disturb an ATC working a competition.

COVID-19 UPDATE:
As of September 1, 2020, the Athletic Training staff will only be available by appointment. Please feel free to email, call or text if you need anything. Video conferences are available for rehabilitation purposes.

Athlete Forms
All student-athlete medical forms can be found on the Student-Athlete Registration Page.

Physicals
Per NCAA Division III rules, all physicals must be dated within 6 months of the first date of athletic activity.
If you need to schedule a physical through our team physician, please email our Head Athletic Trainer, Brenda Dean, to facilitate that.
Please note: physicals performed by our team physician will cost $50 (cash or check payments only).

Concussions
All student-athletes are required to have regularly updated concussion baseline tests on file prior to participation. Once your medical forms and physical are are uploaded and approved in SportWareOnline (SWOL), you will receive more information about completing your ImPact neurocognitive and BESS testing.
