Medaille General Compliance Information

COMPLIANCE MISSION STATEMENT

At Medaille University, it is the compliance office’s responsibility to oversee student-athletes and department staff members, faculty and staff, along with friends of the program, to ensure that the athletic department and its student-athletes are compliant with all of Medaille University, conference offices, and NCAA Division III rules and regulations. The compliance office is committed to educating every member within Medaille Athletics of these rules and regulations in an effort to prevent even the most minor infractions. In the case of a by-law violation, the compliance office will aim to identify, evaluate, and report the violation to the appropriate conference office and to the NCAA.
