ALTOONA, PA- The Medaille Mavericks scored 52 points in the second half to secure their 93-85 win over the Altoona Lions.
The teams kept the first half close, changing the lead several times. The Mavericks shot 50% in the first half making 14 of their 28 shots. Despite outrebounding the Lions 14-10, the Mavs took a three point deficit into half.
After letting the Lions come out and gain a nine point lead in the second half, the Mavs decided to play some team offense. The Mavs shot 61.8% from the field and an impressive 71.4% from behind the arc. Medaille scored 52 points in the second half and had 13 assists.

The Mavs edge their record to 10-11 and 9-5 in the AMCC. The look to push their winning streak to four when they take on the D'Youville Spartans Wednesday (2/12) on road.
