GROVE CITY, P.A. — The Medaille men's golf team finished in 16^th place on Thursday as the Mavericks competed in the Grove City College Fall Invite, which was played at the Grove City Country Club in Pennsylvania.

Clarion took first in the event with a score of 303 (+15) and Westminster College (PA) took second place with a score of 308 (+20). The Mavs shot a combined score of 418 (+130).

Freshman Ben Tubbs (Painted Post, NY, Corning-Painted Post) had the best finish for the Mavericks, tying for 34^th place overall with a score of 84 (+12). Zach Barlow (Depew, NY, Depew) had the next best finish, coming in 71^st with a score of 91 (+19). Jake Justice (North Tonawanda, NY, North Tonawanda) finished in 85^thplace with a 98 (+26) and Carter Bolles (Alden, NY, Alden) finished the day in 93^rd place with a score of 145 (+73).

The Mavericks will return to action on Tuesday, September 14 to play in the Elmira College Fall Invitational. The match will be held at the Mark Twain Golf Course in Elmira, N.Y.
