Earning her First Team AMCC All-Conference honors once again. She once again ranked eighth in the country in goals per game this season with (1.15).

In her final season in 2008, she was atop the conference again with (45) points and (20) goals. Garnering First Team AMCC Honors for the third consecutive year. She also led the nation for single game highs as she scored five goals in a contest against Morrisville State.

Radlich said that a quote that gave her inspiration while playing was that "Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all-time thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is habit. Unfortunately, so is losing."
